No Refund Policy 

It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of my one of a kind work, I typically don't accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

Please send me an email at hello@mpwovenn.com to ask any questions or concerns about your purchase and I will do my best to find a solution.

Please read the product description for size, color, materials, shipping, etc. before completing your purchase. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not accept refunds on custom orders. 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Before a refund or exchange is possible, the defective product must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging. Repairs can be made or the item can be remade. 

Color variations is not an issue of refund or exchange. Please read the product description carefully before completing your purchase. Color will vary depending on your computer or phone screen.
